MAGNOLIA GUESTHOUSE<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Magnolia Resort is located 350 meters from the sea, surrounded by a pine forest and picturesque dunes, in the town of D\u017awirzyno. Our center has seventeen high standard studio rooms for two or three adults. Each studio, approximately 20m2, consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower or a bathtub. It is possible to connect two adjacent rooms via an internal connector. In addition, the room has a 32-inch LCD TV with satellite TV. Additionally, beach equipment is at the guests’ disposal. There is a free wireless WiFi connection throughout the resort. For our guests there is the possibility of free parking on the fenced property of the resort. A washing machine can be used at an extra charge.<\/p>\n

MAGNOLIA SUMMERHOUSES<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In our Magnolia resort there are comfortable tourist houses with an area of 54 m2 with a terrace that can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor of each house there is a large, spacious living room with kitchenette and bathroom. The living room has a direct exit to the private terrace. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.\u00a0There is a free wireless WiFi connection throughout the resort. For our guests there is the possibility of free parking on the fenced property of the resort.<\/p>\n

    COMMON AREA<\/h2>\n

    For the youngest guests we offer a playground with swings, slides and a sandpit. We also have a badminton court, a tennis table and darts. The resort has a spacious gazebo in which we have a wood-burning pizza oven, grill, smokehouse and seating for more people. There is also the possibility of organizing a bonfire.<\/p>\n

    Our resort is located near the natural-historical “Ku S\u0142o\u0144cu” cycling route that leads around the commune and the city of Ko\u0142obrzeg. At a distance of 300 meters from Magnolia there is a health path with an outdoor gym.
